Complete Fence Care is a locally-owned mid-Missouri fence company built on craftsmanship, accountability, and respect for the work. We're not the biggest fence company in the region — and we don't want to be. We want to be the one that does it best.

Roles We're Looking to Fill

Experienced Fence Installer
Wood, vinyl, chain link, metal, ornamental, or agricultural fence experience preferred. You can read a layout, set posts plumb, and finish a panel clean.
Crew Lead / Foreman
Experienced installer ready to lead a small crew. You communicate clearly, manage the day, and represent us well to the customer.
Fence Laborer
Hard-working, reliable, and physically capable. Show up on time, work hard, learn the trade. We'll teach you the rest.
